    About Our Client


    A well-established retail company with over 15 years of serving customers in the Southeast is seeking a personable and efficient Customer Service Representative.     Position Overview

    Role: Customer Service Representative

    Employment Type: Full-time and part-time positions available

    Schedule: Flexible, including evenings and weekends based on customer demand

    Salary Range: $32,000 - $45,000 annually, based on experience


    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on delivering accurate and timely assistance.
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or product concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
    • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers as needed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and operations to address customer needs.
    • Track customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
    • Handle high-volume customer interactions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
    • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product offerings to better assist customers.


    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in retail or e-commerce customer support.
    • Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
    • Bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
    • Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional - CCSP).
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
